It is alleged that if the amount is not paid, the house is being threatened to be cancelled. The villagers have demanded an impartial investigation and action from the Collector.

    The villagers of Gram Panchayat Son of Masturi area of ​​the district have complained to the Collector that they live below the poverty line, and under the government scheme, the Prime Minister’s House has been sanctioned in the name of those people. After the location investigation etc. for the said Prime Minister’s residence, a demand of Rs. 5000 was made by Gram Panchayat Son’s Sarpanch Shyamata Kaivart representative Ashok Kaivart, when the beneficiaries said that they would not give the amount, then when the installment amount came to Rs. 40,000, a thumb impression and signature from the beneficiaries was obtained. After getting this done, Rs 5000 is being deducted from the said amount and the remaining Rs 35,000 is being provided. Due to which the game of recovery is being played by the Sarpanch under the government scheme.

    Many beneficiaries are sitting silent due to the construction of the house, while many people protested against it, then they were told that if they want the Prime Minister’s residence, they will have to pay Rs. 5000, otherwise the approved Prime Minister’s residence will be cancelled. The villagers have demanded from the Collector to investigate the matter impartially and take action against the guilty Sarpanch Pratipidi Ashok Kaivart.

According to the contract, accused Manoj had to complete the work with this amount, but the work was never started from Manoj Soni’s side.

    Even after sending notice for a long time, Manoj Soni did not complete the contract. After this, when the Forest Department asked for the money back from Manoj Soni, he did not even return the amount. After this, the Forest Department was forced to complain about this matter to the police. This complaint was made in 2023 and now the accused has been arrested.

Both the smugglers are residents of Solapur district of Maharashtra. According to the police, based on the information of the informer, the team set up a blockade near NH 63 main road in front of village Dhanpunji Forest Naka. A total of 804.805 kg was hidden in 26 plastic sacks among the cartons of lamp oil in the trunk of the truck, which was recovered by the team.

    In this case, a case has been registered against the accused under Section 20 (b) ii (c) NDPS Act and investigation has been started. The accused will be produced before the Honorable Court on judicial remand.

    Based on the report, the police registered a crime and presented the challan in the court. After hearing the case, the court acquitted the accused as the crime was not proven. The victim filed an appeal against this in the High Court.

    During the hearing of the case, it was found in the statements of the witnesses that there were other tenants in the house where the victim lived on rent. He did not inform anyone about the incident. The witnesses on behalf of the accused said that as per the tradition of the society, he had made the woman wear bangles and taken her to his village, where both of them stayed for three-four days. On this, the High Court rejected the appeal of the teacher saying that the relationship took place with the consent of the victim and kept the order of the lower court intact.
