Former minister Guru Rudra said- We had come to protest peacefully. Our society is the follower of the most revered Guru Ghasidas ji. We follow the path of truth and non-violence. Such a reprehensible incident cannot be committed by our society. This is all a matter of investigation. Anti-social elements were involved in this incident. But the government is not investigating and is only doing politics. Instead of catching the culprits, they are accusing us of conspiracy. Not only in Chhattisgarh but in the whole country, wherever my society remembers me, I will definitely go to that place. I gave a speech there, yet such a disgusting allegation has been made against me. Due to which the whole society is hurt. Our demand is that the three ministers should apologize to us, otherwise I will file a defamation suit and until I am arrested, I will sit in the SP office.
On the question of former minister Guru Rudra reaching to surrender, Civil Line CSP Anurag Jha said that SP sahab is busy in a meeting. He says that he should be arrested. Everything is done as per the procedure. The police does all the work while staying within the ambit of the law.
