Campaign will be run from July 5 for resolving revenue cases, Minister Verma said- laxity in cases will not be tolerated

Raipur. Revenue fortnight will be organized from 5 to 20 July to resolve undisputed revenue cases in Chhattisgarh. Revenue Minister Tankaram Verma has instructed all the revenue officers of the state to resolve revenue cases quickly. He has said that unnecessary delay in resolving undisputed revenue cases will not be tolerated. Minister Verma was addressing a review meeting of various schemes at the district headquarters Sarangarh.

Revenue Minister Tankaram Verma has said that it has been brought to notice that unnecessary delay is being made in resolving undisputed revenue cases. All revenue officers should take special care that revenue cases are resolved within the time limit. In the review meeting, Collector Sarangarh Dharmesh Sahu told Minister Verma that all the revenue cases of the villagers in the village will be submitted to the Tehsildar office through the Panchayat Secretary in the district, which will be monitored at the Collector level, due to which the revenue work of the district will be settled soon.

Revenue Minister Verma said that crimes like illegal liquor, gambling, betting should be controlled by taking strict action in the district. He took information about the dilapidated buildings of all the repairable schools, hostel buildings, Anganwadi centers and directed to complete the repair work soon. He asked to complete the basic works like roads, bridges and culverts. Nal Jal Yojana, Mahtari Vandan, Solar Sujala Yojana, PM Vishwakarma, MNREGA, PM Kisan Samman Nidhi, PM Ujjwala Yojana etc. were reviewed in the meeting.

In the meeting, Minister Verma said that road construction work to reach schools should be done through PM Rural Road, Chief Minister Gram Sadak etc. so that access is easy. He said that a building should be constructed for the Patwari office so that the Patwari can stay there and work for the farmers. Illegal plotting, sale and transfer should be stopped immediately.
