Laxmikant Bansod, Balod. A case of cheating has come to light by promising that the money will double in 6 months. In this case, Purur police has arrested the accused within 24 hours.
According to the information received, Lalit Kumar Sahu, father Khemlal Sahu, age 49, resident of village Pod of Purur police station area, accused Uttam Sahu, resident of Rajnandgaon, had cheated him of Rs 2 lakh. He was made a victim of fraud by luring him to double his money in 6 months. Purur police has arrested the accused and sent him to jail on judicial remand.
