A heartbreaking incident has come to light in the district, where a Dhaba operator attacked another Dhaba operator with a vegetable cutting knife due to an old rivalry over customers. This attack took place inside the Dhaba itself and the incident was captured on CCTV camera. After the attack, the victim has been admitted to the hospital, where he is undergoing treatment.
It can be clearly seen in the CCTV camera footage that a man suddenly picks up a knife and starts attacking the Dhaba owner, while other people present in the Dhaba try to stop him.

Additional SP Pankaj Patel says that on the report of the victim Dhaba operator Nanu Sahu, the police have registered an FIR against the accused Dhaba operator Yogesh Sahu under sections 296, 118 (1), 351 (2) of the BNS and the matter has been taken into investigation. According to the Additional SP, due to the intervention, the victim did not suffer serious injuries, but the attack was quite horrific. More sections can be added on the basis of the doctors’ report.

Both their Dhabas are adjacent to each other in Ramgarh. This is the reason why the matter of old rivalry between the two regarding customers is coming to the fore. However, a detailed investigation by the police will make it clear what was the real reason behind the incident. At present, the police is busy searching for the Dhaba operator who is said to be absconding since the incident.
