After this, the Mandir Hasaud police station set up a blockade and stopped and searched suspicious vehicles coming from Mahasamund. 165 kg of ganja was recovered from the vehicles XUV500 (CG 13 S 0999) and Thar (CG 04 PF 6897).
According to the information, the police have arrested 3 youths on the charges of ganja smuggling, one of them Bhupendra Kumar Devdas (age 33 years) of Rajnandgaon and the other two Waseem Ahmed (age 29 years), Shahzad Khan (age 30 years) of Rajasthan.
