Raipur. CM Vishnudev Sai will be on a two-day visit to Raigarh from today. CM will leave for Raigarh at 2 pm and will attend the inauguration program of Government Prayas Vidyalaya in Garh Umaria. After this, he will attend the 39th Chakradhar ceremony at 5.30 pm. He will attend the 85th public Ganeshotsav program at 8.30 pm. After this, CM Sai will rest for the night at the Circuit House in Raigarh.

Chakradhar festival will start from today

Chakradhar Samaroh is starting from today in Raigarh. The culture of the country will be spread here for 10 days. Padma Shri Ramlal will be honored in Chakradhar Samaroh today. On the first day, a confluence of Kathak and Karma dance will be seen. Padma Shri Hema Malini will perform on ‘Radha Ras Bihari Nritya Natika’. Apart from this, there will also be a Kathak performance by Bhupendra Bareth and team. Maniyar Bhagat and his friends will perform Karma folk dance of Jashpur.

Congress Mahila Morcha will gherao CM House

Congress’s Mahila Morcha is going to fight a street battle over law and order. CM House will be gheraoed on September 10. A strategy has been made to protest from Rajiv Gandhi Chowk to CM House. During this, a demand will be made to make arrangements for safe law and order for women.

Digital crop survey in Chhattisgarh from September 9

Digital crop survey is going to start in Chhattisgarh from 9th September. In the pilot project, crops will be assessed by conducting surveys in all the villages of the selected districts. Agritech projects will be accelerated as per the wishes of CM Vishnu Dev Sai. This digital crop survey will be conducted under Kharif 2024.
