Shivam Mishra, Raipur. A serious road accident near Kendri village of the district created a stir in the area. A speeding truck hit a CRPF jawan riding a bike, due to which jawan Ghosh Sahu died on the spot. On getting information about the accident, anger spread among the villagers and they blocked the road. On receiving information about the incident, the police reached the spot and is trying to restore the road by persuading the villagers.
According to the incident, when the truck hit the jawan’s bike, Ghosh Sahu died on the spot due to serious injuries. The villagers’ anger erupted towards the police and administration, who tried to remove the body from the spot. The villagers stopped the police from lifting the body and blocked the road, affecting the traffic system.
Local administration and police officials have reached the spot and are trying to convince the villagers. The administration says that the accident is being investigated and appropriate action will be taken against the guilty truck driver. However, the villagers say that they hope for justice and they will not open the road until their demands are met.
