Durg. A case of fraud of Rs 40 lakh with a factory owner of Ahiwara in the name of installing a food processing machine by a Gujarat company has come to light. According to the victim, a complaint has also been made about not delivering the correct machine despite sending the money. On the complaint in this matter, the police have registered a case under section 420, 34 against the company owners Kanhaiya Singh and Pramod Singh.
The owners of the company did not supply the required machines as per the criteria in the foods processing plant. He was supplied with old machines which are not in use. Apart from this, machines worth Rs 40 lakh have not been supplied yet. When the remaining amount of Rs 40 lakh is demanded, there is a delay. Now they are threatening to assault after embezzling Rs 40 lakh.
Nandini TI Rajesh Sahu told that Harendra Dubey, director of Aditi Brothers Gharana Foods Private Limited of Ahiwara village Potia, has complained. According to this, the machine was to be installed in the foods processing plant under Start Up India of the Government of India. In the year 2022, a deal regarding the machine was signed with Kanhaiya Singh and Pramod Singh, owners of a Gujarat-based company. In this case, a complaint of fraud of Rs 40 lakh has been made. The case is being investigated.
