During this time, all these items have been seized from Surju’s house. However, while taking action under Section 38(1) (2), 39(1) (2) and Explosives Act at Madanwada police station, Surju Tekam was presented in NIA court Bilaspur. On the other hand, after the arrest, a large number of villagers including Surju Tekam’s family members reached the local police station located at Manpur block headquarters early in the morning and protested against the arrest of Tekam.
