A big case of robbery has come to light from the border district of Sarguja in the state, in which miscreants in a car hit a mother and daughter riding a scooter and made them fall, after which they fled with their jewellery, mobile and purse. According to the information, the mother and her two daughters were going from Ambikapur to Chhindkalo in Darima police station area on a scooty. Near the Karji canal culvert in Darima police station area, some youths in a car hit the scooty hard, due to which all three fell down. After this, the youths who got down from the car fled with the mobile phones, jewelry and purses of the women.
After the incident, the daughters somehow took their injured mother to the Medical College Hospital, where after examination, the doctors declared the woman dead. This incident has once again raised questions on the law and order of the city.
