    On this occasion, Deputy Chief Minister Shri Vijay Sharma said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai, the entire Bastar is appearing in a different perspective, Bastar is writing a story of progress. This is the result of everyone’s hard work. There is a need to create a work plan keeping in mind the needs of Bastar. He directed to complete all construction works within the stipulated time period. He said that the construction work should be completed before the rains.

    During the meeting, the Commissioner of Bastar Division, Shri Doman Singh, gave a presentation on the development works done in the area. He informed that 87.24 percent achievement has been recorded under Ayushman Bharat Yojana and 96.37 percent in Aadhaar card construction. Chief Minister Shri Sai directed to run a special campaign to achieve 100% target in Ayushman card and Aadhaar card.

    During the meeting, a plan of action for installing mobile towers to solve the network problem in the interior areas was also discussed. It was informed in the meeting that 93.37 percent progress has been made in Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana. Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai clearly directed that no eligible beneficiary should be deprived of housing, and all construction work should be completed by the upcoming month of December. Emphasis was also laid on the strategy of supplying necessary construction materials together through Panchayats.

    Information was given in the meeting that Bastar division has made remarkable progress in the field of electrification. So far, electricity has reached 95.89 percent of the houses. Kanker district has achieved 100% electrification, while in Bastar and Kondagaon this figure has crossed 99 percent. Instructions have been given to complete the work in the remaining districts by December 2025.

    91.55 percent of the target has been achieved in the Kisan Credit Card scheme. Chief Minister Shri Sai directed to speed up the work in districts like Sukma, Bijapur and Narayanpur. Similarly, under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, 82.88 percent of the farmers are getting benefits. 90.79 percent of eligible beneficiaries are registered in Jan Dhan accounts. Instructions were given for speedy and time-bound disposal of revenue related cases like transfer, demarcation, and correction of errors.

    In the meeting, Chief Minister Shri Sai emphasized on connecting local youth with Prime Minister and Chief Minister Skill Development Schemes. He also directed the officials to provide 100 percent placement to the trained youth and ensure employment opportunities through voluntary organizations.

    Chief Secretary Shri Amitabh Jain, DGP Shri Arun Dev Gautam, Principal Secretary to Chief Minister Shri Subodh Kumar Singh, Secretary to Chief Minister Rahul Bhagat, PCCF Shri Srinivas Rao, Commissioner of Bastar Division, IG Police, Collectors of all districts, Superintendent of Police, DFO, District Panchayat CEO, Municipal Corporation Commissioner including all departmental officers were present in the review meeting.
