    Shopping and Entertainment Facilities Available Under One Roof

    Raipur, April 25, 2025 // Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai today grandly inaugurated Jora Mall in the capital, Raipur. On this occasion, he performed customary prayers, sought the blessings of Lord Ganesha, the remover of obstacles, and wished for everyone’s happiness, prosperity, and well-being. During this time, he inaugurated a fully equipped cinema hall in the mall and watched a video based on the state government’s good governance.

    Chief Minister Shri Sai said on this occasion that today is a very special day for the residents of the capital. This new establishment will provide people with all the necessary items, entertainment, and services related to modern lifestyle under one roof. This will provide employment opportunities to the youth in the surrounding areas and give new impetus to the economic activities of the region. Shri Sai said that this mall will make urban lifestyle more convenient, prosperous and comfortable in the times to come.

    Chief Minister Shri Sai said that after a journey of almost 12 years, this establishment has been completed in its actual form. The operators of the establishment are experienced and the new establishment will also benefit from their long experience as industrialists. He extended his congratulations and best wishes to the people of the area and all those associated with the establishment.

    Speaker of the Legislative Assembly, Dr. Raman Singh, said that the largest mall in Chhattisgarh has been formally inaugurated today. The work on this mall started 12-13 years ago under the name of Treasure Island, but after a long journey, it has been inaugurated today with a new look. This mall will be a great center of shopping and entertainment for the people of Raipur and the state. The capital Raipur is establishing its identity as a developed capital in the country and this mall will contribute to establishing this identity.

    Deputy Chief Minister Shri Arun Sao also addressed the inauguration ceremony and conveyed his best wishes.

    On this auspicious occasion, Forest Minister Shri Kedar Kashyap, Revenue Minister Shri Tankram Verma, MLA Shri Amar Agrawal, MLA Shri Anuj Sharma, MLA Shri Motilal Sahu, Chairman of CSIDC Shri Rajiv Agarwal, Chairman of CMDC Shri Saurabh Singh, Chairman of RDA Shri Nandkumar Sahu, Treasurer of BCCI Shri Prabhtej Singh Bhatia, Director of the mall Shri Vijay Jhawar were also present.
