Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai held a large meeting with the Sarguja Member of Parliament and all MLAs of the Sarguja division.

Important suggestions were taken from the representatives to accelerate development in the Sarguja region.

The Chief Minister said – Sarguja region will play a leading role in achieving the goal of a developed Chhattisgarh.

Sarguja will get a special place on the tourism map.

Work will be expedited to improve transportation facilities through a network of roads.

Raipur, January 7, 2025 // Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai held a large meeting with all the MLAs of the Sarguja division and the Sarguja MP at the Chief Minister’s residence office. In the meeting, he reiterated his commitment to work together with everyone for the development of the Sarguja region.

The Chief Minister Shri Sai held important discussions with the MP and MLAs regarding all the development possibilities in the region and sought their suggestions. He said that our focus is on the development of the entire Sarguja division and we are working on all possibilities to take Sarguja forward on the path of progress. Our government is preparing a better action plan for this.

Chief Minister Shri Sai said that in the vision of a developed Chhattisgarh that we have prepared, along with the whole of Chhattisgarh, our two tribal-dominated Bastar and Sarguja divisions will have a leading role.

Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai discussed with all the representatives and took information about the development works underway in their respective areas. He directed that the works related to basic amenities for the citizens should be completed on priority and their continuous monitoring should be done. The Chief Minister said that we will continue the development works in line with our vision.

Sarguja to emerge on the tourism map, emphasis on improving transport facilities through road networks.

Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai held a special discussion on the tourism potential in the Sarguja region in the meeting. He said that we have taken major steps to promote tourism in Chhattisgarh. We are striving to give Sarguja a special place on the tourism map of the country. He said that recently, regular air services have started from Ambikapur airport, which will boost tourism along with increased citizen amenities. The Chief Minister spoke of working to improve transport facilities in the entire Sarguja division. He said that to facilitate traffic, Sarguja will be connected to other areas through better roads. A network of roads will improve transport facilities and this will also lead to rapid development of Sarguja.

Lakshmi Rajwade, MP Shri Chintamani Maharaj, MLA Shri Bhaiyalal Rajwade, MLA Shri Ram Kumar Toppo, MLA Shri Rajesh Agrawal, MLA Smt. Uddheshwari Painkra, MLA Smt. Raymuni Bhagat, MLA Smt. Shakuntala Porte, MLA Smt. Gomati Sai, MLA Shri Prabodh Minj, MLA Shri Bhulan Singh Maravi and officials were present in the meeting.
