Seeing his deteriorating condition, his family took him to Akaltara CHC for treatment, but the doctors there failed to remove the fish stuck in his throat. Therefore, the doctors referred him to Bilaspur, where in a private hospital, the fish stuck in the neck of the children was taken out through an operation. At present the condition of the children is stable.
