Police said that the deceased Roshan Khunte was engaged in the work of a water tank being built in Budhwari Bazaar. The accused were demanding a pipe to smoke ganja, due to which there was a dispute. Meanwhile, the accused fatally attacked Roshan Khunte with sticks when he went to intervene. After the incident, one accused Rahul Yadav was arrested from the spot.

At the same time, two accused Sohail Khan and Manav Sidar had absconded, out of which one accused Sohail Khan was living in Odisha under disguise. At present, a case of murder has been registered against the arrested accused Rahul Yadav, Sohail Khan and Manav Sidar and have been sent to jail.
