Mithlesh Gupta, Jashpur. Cases of drunken teachers reaching school in an inebriated condition keep coming up from different districts of the state and action is also taken against them. Despite this, teachers are reaching school in an inebriated condition. One such recent case happened in Khavaskani Primary School of Farasbahar development block of Jashpur district. Where the head teacher reached the school in an inebriated condition wearing a vest and lungi and created a ruckus. The video of this incident went viral on social media, which created a stir in the education department. The head teacher has been suspended immediately in the case.
According to the information, on Tuesday, Khavaskani Primary School Headmaster Romanus Kujur of Farasbahar Block reached the school in a drunken state wearing a vest and a lungi. Due to this indecent behaviour, other teachers posted in the school scolded him and drove him away from there. The BEO investigated the matter and submitted the report to the District Education Officer. On the basis of this report, Headmaster Romanus Kujur has been suspended with immediate effect.
