Elephant terror continues in CG: Elephant attacked a house, one died, the other saved his life by running away

Sudeep Upadhyay, Balrampur. The terror of elephants continues in the district. Elephants created havoc in Anirudhpur village of Ramchandrapur forest range. During this, the elephant entered the house and attacked two people. In this incident, an old man died on the spot, while the other young man was successful in saving his life by running away. The elephants have also badly damaged the house.

In this case, the ranger of Dhamani forest range Ajay Verma said that a wild elephant has been a constant source of terror in the area. An announcement has been made in the village that people should be cautious. He said that he himself had gone to see the incident in Anirudhpur. Where the relatives of the deceased have been given a relief amount of Rs 25000 and the forest department is assessing the loss.
