Collectors of Ambikapur, Kanker, and Balod Districts Reviewed Preparations
Applications Will Be Accepted From People Until April 11 in the First Phase
Raipur, April 8, 2025/ Enthusiasm is visible among the people of Ambikapur, Balod, and Kanker districts regarding the state-wide Good Governance Festival. In these districts, people submitted their problems in the solution boxes. Collectors and senior administrative officers are continuously visiting field areas and appealing to people to apply for solutions to their problems. Solution boxes have been arranged in Gram Panchayats, Janpad Panchayats, urban bodies, district headquarters, and Tehsil offices for people to submit applications.
It is noteworthy that the Good Governance Festival has been started today, April 8, under the guidance of Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai, with the objective of effective implementation of government public welfare schemes and prompt communication and solutions with all sections of society. Under this campaign, applications are being taken from today until April 11. In the second phase, these applications will be resolved by the concerned departments from April 12 to May 4. In the third and final phase, solution camps will be organized from May 5 to May 31 to resolve the problems of the general public, in which the problems of the applicants will be resolved as quickly as possible.
Announcements to Inform Villagers
Ambikapur Collector Shri Vilas Bhoskar today visited various Gram Panchayats of Development Block Lakhanpur and Udaipur, including Kevra, Kunwarpur, Andhla, Jajga, Udaipur, Sontarai, and Dandgaon, and reviewed the applications received under the Good Governance Festival. He listened to the problems of the villagers through direct communication and directed the officers to understand the problems of the common man in an easy and simple language and help them in filling out the application. He asked to publicize the Good Governance Festival through announcements, pamphlets, and posters to reach the people.
Online Application Through Common Service Center
Kanker Collector Shri Nileshkumar Mahadev Kshirsagar also visited various areas of the district and appealed to the people to apply for solutions to their problems in the Good Governance Festival. He said that applications can also be submitted through the Common Service Center.
Arrangement of Solution Boxes in Haat Bazaars
On the instructions of Balod District Collector Shri Indrajeet Singh Chandrawal, arrangements have been made for solution boxes in Haat Bazaars along with Gram Panchayats to receive applications from people in the Good Governance Festival. Where officers and employees have been assigned duties. Apart from this, solution boxes have also been installed in the Joint District Office as well as in the Janpad Panchayats and Tehsil offices of all development block headquarters of the district to receive applications.
