Amritsar. A case of fraud has come to light by luring extra money for bonus on investment and building a network of depositors in fifteen days. The Crime Branch of Jammu and Kashmir Police on Thursday filed a charge sheet in a court against 6 people for cheating investors of more than Rs 60 lakh by luring them to invest in a private company of Haryana in 2017.
According to the information, the Economic Offenses Unit of the Crime Branch has filed a 1266-page charge sheet against 6 people related to the case, including the Managing Director of Swarn Bhavya Gold Pvt Ltd, Balwinder Kumar (resident of Haryana).
Sushil Kumar, Sandeep Kumar and Deepak Singh of Haryana, Safali Singh of New Delhi and Manveer Singh of Punjab are the other accused named in the charge sheet. In this case, Mohammad Younis of Pulwama, Asrar Ahmed of Srinagar, Ayaz Ahmed of Poonch and Mushtaq Dar of Rajouri had filed a written complaint in the Crime Branch in Jammu. The complainants had alleged that the accused had come to Jammu and Kashmir in October, 2017 and organized seminars in various hotels to attract people to invest in the company.
