According to the information, the victim girl came to Gandhinagar police station in Ambikapur on May 4 and lodged a report that she was going from her hostel to her sister’s house on January 15, 2024. Meanwhile, on the way, accused Shubham called the applicant from Anshu’s mobile and asked her to drop her home and made her sit in the XUV car. After which the girl saw in the car that 4 people were present in the car. Out of which Shubham and Anshu alias Anurag are acquaintances and relatives of the applicant. With whom two other youths Pushpraj and Sanjay were also there. The accused made the girl sit in the car and beat her up, threatening to kill her. They carried out the incident of forced rape in the car in Ajirma. Threatening to kill her, they forcibly made the girl sit in the car and took her to Goa. All the accused committed the incident of forced rape. Gave. After that, on January 22, the girl was taken back and dropped at her sister’s house. On the report of the girl, a crime under section 323, 366, 506, 376 (D) was registered in Gandhinagar police station and taken up for investigation.
After which the police started searching for the address of the accused. During this time, all the accused were surrounded and caught and interrogated. In which the accused gave their names (1) Shubham Ujeria, 28 years (2) Anshu alias Anurag Ujeria, 22 years, both residents of Shivpur, Bardar police station Khadgawan, district Manendragarh (3) Sanjay Choudhary, 27 years, Podidih, Chhapar police station Khadgawan (4) Pushpraj Lakra, age 19. Said to be Kumda Colony, Karampur police station, Vishrampur. When the accused were interrogated regarding the incident, they admitted to carrying out the incident. After evidence of crime was found against the accused, he was arrested, remand prepared and presented in the court.
