According to the information, the accused lover called the victim to meet her friend’s house. The victim had reached to meet her lover, in the meantime, two other friends of the lover, Surendra Singh and Yashwant Singh also reached there. After this, the Darindo continued to gang -raping for 4 consecutive days, threatening to discredit the victim.
When the victim returned home, she told her family members, after which the family lodged a complaint with the victim at the Darima police station. In view of the seriousness of the case, the police immediately registered a case against the accused under other sections including Pasco Act and arrested 3 accused including minor lover and sent them to jail on judicial remand.
