Irregular employees took out a rally, raised their voice for 10 demands including regularization, removal of salary discrepancy, submitted a memorandum to the Tehsildar in the name of CM

Satya Rajput, Raipur. Irregular employees from across the state took out a rally to draw attention in Raipur for their ten-point demands including regularization and removal of salary discrepancies. Under the banner of Chhattisgarh Progressive Irregular Employees Federation, the employees demonstrated at Tuta Dharna Sthal. After this, they took out a rally to submit a memorandum to the Chief Minister, which was stopped by the police near Tuta Railway Overbridge.

Let us tell you that there are five lakh irregular employees in the state. After the rally, the employees submitted a memorandum of their demands to the Tehsildar in the name of the Chief Minister. Irregular Employees Union President Gopal Sahu said that irregular employees have 10 point demands. These include regularization, salary discrepancy resolution, compassionate appointment and increase in the amount of grant, among other demands.

These are the main demands

The demands of the employees include regularization, pending 27 percent salary hike, grade pay fixation, salary anomaly resolution, improvement in CR system, medical care, change in leave rules, increase in amount of compassionate appointment and grant, maintenance of service book, regularity in transfer system, cancellation of cases registered against irregular employees during the protest.
