Minister Shyam Bihari Jaiswal in action, called a review meeting of the departments and reprimanded the officers, gave instructions to improve the system

Arvind Mishra, Balodabazar. Minister Shyam Bihari Jaiswal in the district appealed to the general public to join yoga by joining the yoga camp organized on the occasion of International Yoga Day. Along with this, he also visited the district hospital, where he listened to the patients about the facilities and gave instructions to improve health services. During this, he also called a review meeting of the departments in the Circuit House and gave instructions for development while taking a class of the officials.

In fact, Balodabazar’s in-charge and health minister Shyam Bihari Jaiswal attended the yoga camp organized on International Yoga Day in Balodabazar today. Where he appealed to the general public to start the day with yoga and said that it keeps both the body and mind healthy. He also reached the district hospital and got to know the condition of health services. He inquired from the patients about the facilities being provided to them and when some shortcomings were pointed out, he instructed the Chief Medical Officer and Collector to increase two dialysis machines and increase the necessary facilities in the physiotherapy center and also installed an MRI machine. He also met the nurses and cleanliness sisters present there and asked about their well-being and asked them to work well.

Minister Jaiswal held a class for the department officials

Minister Shyam Bihari Jaiswal held a review meeting of all the departments of the district in the Circuit House. In this, he got furious at the officials of many departments. Especially on illegal mining, on mineral resources, on agriculture for fertilizers and seeds, on horticulture for nurseries and plants, on fisheries department for seeds and fodder and on the electricity department on the problem of power outage. He instructed the forest department to develop Baranwapara further keeping in mind the convenience of tourists. Along with this, he instructed the education department to plant saplings in schools with digital classes and boundary.

During the meeting, he expressed his displeasure at the Mineral Department for illegal sand mining. He also said that illegal mining should be completely stopped. The department should keep an eye on those who are doing illegal mining commercially and take action. He also expressed his displeasure at the Forest Department and directed to arrange the Barnawapara Sanctuary for tourists. In the meeting, he instructed the Health Department that after the change in weather, seasonal diseases are going to come, so make special security arrangements for it and deploy facilities and doctors along with medicines at all centers for treatment. Ensure distribution of medicated mosquito nets for the prevention of malaria. He also talked about keeping other facilities including anti-venom, rabies injections in CSC and PAC.

He directed the education department to arrange for smart classes in all schools. Fruit and flower plants should be planted in schools which have boundary walls. He directed to arrange for pure drinking water and toilets in schools. He directed the agriculture department to provide fertilizers and seeds to farmers. During this, he was seen very angry with the electricity department. He expressed his displeasure over the problem of frequent power cuts due to power cuts and maintenance and directed the department to pay attention to this problem and make adequate arrangements to reduce power outages. He also asked the fisheries department to encourage farmers so that they move towards fish farming, and also directed to give them free seeds and fodder. He also took cognizance of the pending revenue cases and directed the collector to complete all the cases including the demarcation case as soon as possible before the rains. Regarding the meeting, Minister Shyam Bihari Jaiswal said that everyone has been instructed in today’s meeting.
