Rajnandgaon. Deputy Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh and Minister in-charge of Rajnandgaon district Vijay Sharma reached Rajnandgaon today. Here he held a meeting of workers in the BJP office regarding the Lok Sabha elections. A meeting of officers was also held in the Collectorate office to review the administrative plans.
Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sharma held a meeting with various fronts of the Bharatiya Janata Party in view of the upcoming Lok Sabha elections at the District BJP office in Rajnandgaon. During this, he charged BJP officials and workers regarding the Lok Sabha elections. While discussing with the journalists regarding the issue of former Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel contesting the Lok Sabha elections from Rajnandgaon, he said that Bhupesh Baghel is running away from his Durg area and contesting the elections in Rajnandgaon.
Regarding the cartoon war against Congress by BJP IT Cell, Minister Sharma said that the cartoon has been made as an imagination based on old incidents. Regarding the matter of CAA, he said that this is a bill to give citizenship. In this, minorities from Bangladesh, Pakistan and Afghanistan will be given citizenship. This bill should be welcomed. While replying to former Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel's allegation of increase in Naxalite incidents after Bharatiya Janata Party government came to power, he asked why BJP workers are being killed in Naxalite incidents. If there is any casualty due to Naxalites, it is a matter of sorrow.
Chhattisgarh Home Minister Vijay Sharma, who reached Rajnandgaon for the first time after his election, held a review meeting of the officials regarding various schemes of the state government at the Collectorate office here and also gave several guidelines for the successful implementation of these schemes. On this occasion, Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sharma said that the Chief Minister has also made me the minister in-charge of Rajnandgaon, under which I am holding review meetings of the government schemes here. He said that within 3 months our government has fulfilled Modi's guarantee.
