Raipur 17 November 2024/ Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai participated in the 23rd state level youth-girl and widow-widower introduction conference and ideal marriage program of Chhattisgarh Nishad Samaj in village Phundhar of Raipur. He wished all the best to the married couples and appreciated the work being done by Nishad Samaj.

While addressing the programme, Chief Minister Shri Sai said that this event is a very good effort by Nishad Samaj. Social unity is very important. Everyone is equal in the society, no one is big or small. Organized society not only benefits the society but along with the society, the country also becomes stronger. He said that education is very important for social progress. Society progresses only through education. He appealed to the community leaders to understand the importance of education and connect everyone with it.

The Chief Minister said that all of you are descendants of Guha Nishadraj, who had made Shri Ram's boat cross. Devotees are being given darshan of Ramlala by our government. He urged everyone to have darshan of Lord Shri Ram. Shri Sai said that the Chief Minister's Pilgrimage Scheme is being restarted by our government. The Chief Minister also urged the Nishad community to take advantage of the government's fisheries schemes.

The Chief Minister said that we are fulfilling Modiji's guarantee. Our government is taking and implementing many decisions like two years outstanding paddy bonus, increase in tendu leaf collection remuneration, approval of Prime Minister houses to the homeless. Paddy is being purchased at support price from 14th November. Arrangements have been made to give the farmers the price of the sold paddy within 72 hours.

On this occasion, Chief Minister Shri Sai announced to give Rs 10 lakh for the community hall of the society in Ghoghra Navapara.
In the programme, the Chief Minister increased the amount of assistance to the victim family of Nishad community in the recent incident in Chharchhed village from Rs 10 lakh to Rs 20 lakh and also provided assistance of Rs 4,000 per month to the four children of the victim family till they attain the age of 18 years. Announced to give. He told that two youths of the victim's family have been given jobs at collector rates. Chief Minister Shri Sai also honored 10 youth selected for the post of Sub-Inspector of Nishad Samaj.
