PM Janman Camp: Collector suddenly reached remote Vananchal of Achanakmar, got BP checked, inquired about the well-being of villagers, expressed displeasure over the absence of officers.

Rohit Kashyap, Mungeli. Collector Rahul Dev today reached the remote Vananchal village Chaparwa and Achanakmar of the district and visited the PM Janman camp organized there. During this, he took information about the number of beneficiaries and the applications received in the stalls set up by various departments in the camp and gave instructions to provide benefits to the beneficiaries deprived of various schemes as per their eligibility.

The Collector took information about OPD, Sickle Cell, Malaria, TV, Sugar test in the stall set up by the Health Department and also got his own BP checked. During this, health officials said that OPD examination of more than 150 patients was done in the camp and necessary consultation and free medicines were provided to them. Glasses were distributed to 15 people.

Ayushman card distributed to Baiga beneficiaries: Collector also distributed Ayushman card with his own hands to two beneficiaries Sangeeta Baiga and Lamtu Baiga in the stall of Ayushman scheme. After this, he inspected the stalls set up to provide benefits of various schemes including Ration Card, PM Kisan Samman Nidhi, PM Awas, Sukanya Samriddhi, Skill Development, Nutrition, Livelihood Eradication, Jan Dhan Account, Forest Rights Patta, PM Matrivandana and informed the concerned officials. Gave necessary instructions. He said that along with making Aadhar Card and Ayushman Card of 100 percent people, the deprived beneficiaries should be provided the benefits of the schemes as per their eligibility. The Collector gave instructions to prepare caste and residence certificates of all the school children of Vananchal PVTG villages on priority. He expressed his displeasure over the absence of officers of the department related to making Kisan Credit Card and said that officers and employees of all the departments should compulsorily be present in the camp. The Collector discussed with the villagers, inquired about their well-being. The Collector interacted with the villagers in Chhattisgarhi who had come in large numbers to take advantage of the camp, and inquired about their well-being. He inquired about the basic facilities available in the village and talked about taking necessary action on various demands of the villagers. While giving information about PM Janman Yojana to the villagers, the Collector said that as per the wish of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Vishnudev Sao, under the Janman Yojana, the district administration is providing drinking water, housing, roads, mobile medical units, hostel construction, Anganwadi in coordination with various departments in PVTG villages. 11 important activities are being implemented through the centres, including nutrition, establishment of Van Dhan Kendra, availability of internet and mobile services and skill development for livelihood promotion. He said that people should take advantage of this by reaching the camp in maximum numbers. On this occasion, District Panchayat Chief Executive Officer Prabhakar Pandey and other officers and employees were present.
