Raipur News: As per the orders of Raipur District Collector Dr. Gaurav Kumar Singh and as per the instructions of Municipal Corporation Commissioner Abinash Mishra, today the team of Municipal Corporation Headquarters Municipal Investment Flying Squad and Municipal Corporation Zone 8 Municipal Investment Department under Veer Savarkar Nagar Ward of Zone 8. In Hirapur Jarvai, illegal plotting by unknown persons on about 5 acres of private land was stopped by taking strict action through a campaign.
As per the orders of Raipur District Collector and instructions of Municipal Corporation Commissioner, Municipal Corporation Zone 8 under the leadership of Zone Commissioner Arun Dhruv and in the presence of Executive Engineer Abhishek Gupta, Municipal Investment Assistant Engineer Ishwar Lal Tavere, Deputy Engineer Ms. Ruchika Mishra, Akshay Bhardwaj and assistance of 3D and workers. Action was taken against illegal plotting done by unknown people on about 5 acres of private land in Hirapur Jarvay area of Veer Savarkar Nagar Ward of Zone 8.
The illegal Murroom road built by an illegal plotter was cut in 3D. Action was taken to remove illegal foundations of all the plots made for plotting. All the illegal foundations built were demolished in 3D. The route to reach there was blocked.
Zone 8 Zone Commissioner said that as per the orders of Raipur District Collector and instructions of Raipur Municipal Corporation Commissioner, illegal plotting on about 5 acres of private land in Hirapur Jarvai has been banned. Through Zone 8 Municipal Investment Department, a letter has been written to Raipur Tehsildar asking him to provide the information about land owners of private land to Municipal Corporation Zone 8 immediately.
As soon as the information is received, as per the provisions of the State Government Act, a named FIR will be lodged against the illegal plotters in the concerned police station to take strict action as per rules.
