One of them is that of a government school in Raipur Rural Assembly constituency of Raipur, the capital of Chhattisgarh. Here in the Government Middle School of Kandul, there is not even a door in the girls’ toilet. The same is the condition of the boys’ toilet.
Just a few days ago, school admission festival was celebrated in all the government schools of Chhattisgarh. But when the children reached this school, the door of the toilet was found missing. Although there is another toilet attached to it, which has a gate, but the children are upset due to lack of cleanliness there too.
Children studying in the middle school said that there are two water tanks in the school for show. But there is no water in them. Apart from this, the tanks are so dirty that school children have started falling ill after drinking the water from here.
In this regard, the BEO and ABEO were contacted to get the side of the education department, but they could not be contacted. The BEO’s phone was found switched off, while the ABEO did not receive the call.
