Raipur. The festival of Raksha Bandhan was celebrated with great enthusiasm across the country on Monday. Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai was also tied a Rakhi by his sisters. But there was one sister whose video of tying the Rakhi is becoming increasingly viral on social media. In this video, Varsha Dhruv, a disabled daughter from Dhamtari, not only tied a Rakhi to the Chief Minister with her feet but also applied Tilak with her feet and also offered flowers to her brother i.e. the Chief Minister. Know who is Varsha Dhruv Varsha is originally from Dhamtari. Varsha does not have both hands, but she does all the work with her feet. Varsha Dhruv is studying at Exact Foundation of Dhamtari, which works for disabled children.
