The gang used to entice harmless individuals into offering ‘Gigolo/Masseur’ companies by providing beneficiant salaries and different perks. They marketed on social media platforms reminiscent of WhatsApp and courting apps. When he was requested to pay, much more, the complainant refused and filed a criticism towards them. He had paid a complete of Rs 47,200 to the alleged individuals and obtained no job in return. The police registered a case beneath Part 420 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and commenced an investigation. The group obtained the beneficiary account particulars by technical surveillance.
