The Bombay Excessive Courtroom on Friday disposed of a plea filed by a lawyer looking for an FIR and a probe into alleged threats to Adar Poonawalla, saying it had “entertained” the “petition for greater than mandatory”, following the state authorities’s submission that it’ll present the required safety to the SII CEO as and when he lands in India.
