Two highly anticipated films, ‘Sitaare Zameen Par’ and ‘Kuberaa’, premiered last week. ‘Sitaare Zameen Par’ features Aamir Khan and Genelia D’Souza, marking their first on-screen collaboration, though they previously worked together on Aamir Khan’s production, ‘Jaane Tu… Ya Jaane Naa’. The movie’s cast includes Aroush Datta, Gopi Krishnan Varma, and others. ‘Kuberaa’, starring Dhanush, Nagarjuna, Rashmika Mandanna, and Jim Sarbh, focuses on a beggar whose life is changed by greed. On Day 7, ‘Sitaare Zameen Par’ earned ₹6.75 crore, with a total of ₹89.15 crore. ‘Kuberaa’ earned ₹3.35 crore on Day 7, with total earnings reaching ₹69 crore.
