Anurag Kashyap Debuts in Telugu Film ‘Dacoit’

Director Anurag Kashyap is set to appear in ‘Dacoit,’ a Telugu film starring Adivi Sesh and Mrunal Thakur. A video posted by Adivi Sesh shows Kashyap singing a popular Bollywood song on the set, generating laughter from the cast and crew. Mrunal Thakur also shared the video, celebrating Kashyap’s entry into the project. The film’s release is planned for December 25, 2025, featuring Prakash Raj in another key role. Originally, Shruti Haasan was cast as the female lead but was later replaced by Mrunal Thakur.
