Following the shooting at Disha Patani’s home in Bareilly, two suspects were killed in a police encounter in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. The individuals were connected to a major international criminal organization. The encounter resulted in the death of one suspect during medical treatment. The original shooting took place on September 12th at Patani’s Bareilly residence, where her family, including her parents and sister, were present. Goldy Brar, a Canada-based gangster, claimed responsibility for the attack on social media, alleging the shooting was in response to statements made by Patani and her sister concerning religious figures. The encounter involved the Noida unit of the Uttar Pradesh Special Task Force (STF) and the Crime Intelligence (CI) Unit of Delhi Police. The suspects fired upon the police team, resulting in an exchange of fire and serious injuries to the suspects. Law enforcement confiscated weapons, including a Glock pistol and a Zigana pistol, from the scene. The suspects were identified as Ravindra and Arun.
