In 2018, Saini publicly discussed the abuse she suffered from her ex-boyfriend, producer Gaurang Doshi, during their relationship. She drew parallels between her experience and the Shraddha Walkar case, pointing out the common disregard for red flags in abusive situations. The current season of Bigg Boss Telugu features a “Double Houses” theme, where commoners have a different status than celebrities within the house.
