Santhosh Balaraj, a well-known actor in Kannada cinema, has passed away at the age of 34. The actor, son of the famous producer Anekal Balaraj, was suffering from jaundice and was admitted to the hospital. His health deteriorated, and he passed away in the hospital. Santhosh Balaraj started his acting career with the movie ‘Kempa’ in 2009. He was known for his roles in films like ‘Olaviina Ole’, ‘Janma’, ‘Ganapa’, ‘Kariya 2’, and ‘Satyam’. His father, Anekal Balaraj, had passed away in a road accident in May 2025. The actor was unmarried and resided in Bangalore with his mother. The news of his death has deeply saddened the South Indian film fraternity and his fans.
