Sunjay Kapur’s Funeral: Karisma Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor, and Family Mourn

The passing of Sunjay Kapur, the former husband of Karisma Kapoor, has brought sorrow to many. He was 53 years old when he passed away in London. The funeral was held in Delhi. Karisma Kapoor, along with their children Samaira and Kiaan, attended the final rites at Lodhi Road Cremation Ground. Kareena Kapoor Khan was seen offering support to her sister, and shared a touching moment of comfort. Samaira and Kiaan were seen comforting each other. Saif Ali Khan was also present at the funeral. A prayer meet will be held at the Taj Palace Hotel in Delhi. Earlier, Karisma and her children were seen at the Mumbai airport before traveling to Delhi. Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan also traveled to Delhi. Sunjay Kapur was the chairman of Sona Comstar and a well-known figure in the automotive sector. He also chaired the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Northern Region. Sunjay and Karisma divorced in 2016, but they continued to co-parent their children.
