Thug Life: Kamal Haasan’s Film to Stream on Netflix in July

The gangster action movie ‘Thug Life,’ starring Kamal Haasan, is set to launch on Netflix soon after its theatrical release on June 5, 2025. The film, directed by Mani Ratnam, had a substantial budget of 250 crores but did not perform well at the box office, grossing only 90 crores. Netflix India South announced the release on its social media channels. ‘Thug Life’ will be available on Netflix in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi. The streaming date is expected to be July 3rd, 2025. The film features a cast including Silambarasan, Trisha Krishnan, Aishwarya Lekshmi, Ashok Selvan, Abhirami, Joju George, Nassar, Mahesh Manjrekar, and Ali Fazal. The film is produced by Raaj Kamal Films International and Madras Talkies.
