Vikram Sugumaran’s Madhai Yaani Kootam: Now Streaming on Zee5

Fans can now watch Madhai Yaani Kootam, the debut film of the late director Vikram Sugumaran, on Zee5. The movie, a Tamil thriller, was initially released on December 25, 2013, starring Kathir and Vela Ramamoorthy in leading roles. The film was well-received by audiences and became a box office hit. The cast also includes Kalaiyarasan, V. Jayaprakash, Vee Jenish, Kaali Venkat, and P. Virumandi. The film was produced by G. V. Prakash Kumar, N. P. K. S. Logu, and Go. Venkatesh under the banner of GV Prakash Kumar Productions. Vikram Sugumaran, who also directed the movie Raavan Kootam, died of a cardiac arrest at the age of 47 on June 2, 2025.
