New Delhi: Cricketer-turned-politician Gautam Gambhir on Saturday (November 20, 2021) slammed Navjot Singh Sidhu for calling Pakistan prime minister Imran Khan his ‘bada bhai’ and requested him to ship his son or daughter to the border. 
Taking to Twitter, the Bharatiya Janata Social gathering (BJP) Lok Sabha member from East Delhi stated, “Ship ur son or daughter to the border & then name a terrorist state head ur massive brother!”

Sidhu had known as Khan his ‘elder brother’ throughout a visit to Kartarpur Sahib gurdwara throughout the border.
“Imran Khan is my elder brother. I’m tremendously honoured. He (Khan) gave us numerous love,” the Congress’ Punjab unit president was heard saying in a purported video that has gone viral.
Sidhu made the assertion whereas interacting with the CEO of the Kartarpur mission in Pakistan. He was in Kartarpur together with a number of Punjab cupboard ministers to pay obeisance at Sri Kartarpur Sahib Gurdwara. Sidhu additionally stated he has a lot of love for the Pakistan Prime Minister.

Sidhu, nonetheless, dismissed the criticism by the BJP.
“Let BJP say no matter they need…,” he instructed reporters on the border level in Gurdaspur when requested for his response to the BJP’s assault on him.
