New Delhi: After stoking a political storm by his exit from the Uttar Pradesh Cupboard, MLA Swami Prasad Maurya on Wednesday (January 12) asserted that he doesn’t plan on returning to the BJP. 
Speaking to reporters, he stated, “I’ve rejected the BJP and there’s no query of going again.” 
Maurya, who give up as a Minister from the UP authorities on Tuesday, as quoted by IANS stated, “I’ve solely give up as a minister. I’ll give up the BJP quickly. For now, I’m not becoming a member of the Samajwadi Social gathering.” 
The UP MLA claimed his resignation had set off a ‘storm within the BJP and had shaken the celebration’. As per studies, in an effort to convey him again into the fold forward of essential Meeting elections,  some senior BJP leaders had spoken to Maurya on telephone after he stepped down. 
In the meantime, chatting with ANI, Maurya stated he’ll formally be part of the SP on January 14. “I can be becoming a member of the Samajwadi Social gathering on 14th January. I’ve not acquired calls from any small or huge politician. In the event that they had been cautious on time and labored on public points, then BJP wouldn’t have confronted this,” he advised the information company. 
He added, “Whether or not the BJP leaders are huge or small in energy and place, it doesn`t matter to me because the arrow has come out of the bow. Now, there isn’t any query of returning.”
In his letter to Uttar Pradesh Governor Anandiben Patel, Maurya had stated he was resigning because of the state authorities “ignoring pursuits” of Dalits, backward sections, farmers, unemployed youth and small merchants.
Quickly after Maurya’s resignation on Tuesday, Samajwadi Social gathering president Akhilesh Yadav tweeted his {photograph} with him, confirming that the latter would be part of the SP.
The event comes within the wake of UP polls. The state will vote in seven phases starting from February 10. The counting of votes can be performed on March 10.
