Young minds from 12 states converged at Adani International School in Ahmedabad’s Shantigram for the transformative IRIS National Fair 2025-26, held February 6-8. Cohort 2 of this national showcase united 75 innovators from 24 cities with a network of teachers, researchers, and guides, elevating school-based STEM to new heights.
The event solidified the school’s role as a national nexus for juvenile research and creativity. Gujarat’s Education Minister Rivaba Jadeja, speaking at the finale, championed early immersion in R&D. ‘Research belongs in classrooms now,’ she proclaimed. ‘Initiatives like Adani’s teach kids to inquire, innovate, and rebound from missteps, seeding scientific inquiry. Schools: Become cradles of solutions, not just classrooms.’
Namrata Adani championed the approach: ‘Fuel curiosity early; break free from textbook limits. IRIS equips youth to experiment boldly and address global challenges practically.’
Tailored to transcend conventional education, the fair offered research showcases, targeted coaching, symposiums, and interactive public sessions for genuine problem-solving immersion. It launched with an educators’ forum, where Ahmedabad principals strategized on question-driven STEM and activity-rich teaching.
Students dazzled with bespoke research presentations, polished by professional critiques. The wrap-up featured Adani luminaries Namrata Adani and Amit Singh, sharing visions across sectors.
This milestone event illuminates schools’ emergent power in sparking grassroots innovation and teamwork, fortifying the bedrock for India’s future scientists. Adani International School pioneers with tech-infused, experience-based learning, instilling pivotal skills for global readiness.
