Annamayya district in Andhra Pradesh witnessed a fatal road accident on Monday, where a collision between a lorry and a tempo traveller led to the loss of three lives and serious injuries to five others. The incident took place in Kurabalakota Mandal, Tamballapalle Constituency, close to Dommanna Bavi. Sub-Inspector Dilip reported that an unidentified lorry was involved in the crash with the tempo traveller. The critically injured were promptly taken to Madanapalle Government Hospital via the 108 ambulance service. Transport Minister Mandipalli Ram Prasad Reddy acknowledged the accident and expressed his grief. The Minister instructed the hospital to provide immediate medical assistance to the injured and offered condolences to the bereaved families. He also ordered transport officials to expedite rescue operations. A case has been filed, and the police are conducting a thorough investigation, as stated by Sub-Inspector Dilip.
