Authorities are investigating a complaint from a passenger who claims money was stolen from their luggage during a recent Air India flight. The incident occurred on a flight from Patna to Delhi. The passenger, identified as Nandkumar Tiwari from Buxar district, stated that Rs 22,800 was missing from his checked-in bag, leaving only Rs 2,000. The passenger reported the issue after the flight. The passenger reported the incident in April and sent emails to the police, Air India, and the Air Seva portal. The passenger’s son also emailed Air India, Patna Airport Police Station, the Delhi Air India team, and the Air Seva portal to report the incident. The Airport police station is currently looking into the case, confirming a complaint has been filed. The authorities are undertaking the necessary steps, including baggage scanning, as requested by the passenger. Police officials have assured appropriate action will be taken following the investigation.
