The RTPS system in Bihar is currently processing applications for residence certificates, and some of them are highly unusual. Several applications with peculiar names and addresses have been filed. One instance from Khagaria revealed applications in the names of ‘Shri Ram, son of Dashrath’ and even ‘Crow.’ Upon discovery, senior officials immediately rejected these applications and filed a case with the local police station. The Chautham zonal office in Khagaria received an application for a residence certificate. The applicant listed their name as Shri Ram, father Dashrath, mother Kaushalya, with the address Ayodhya, village RAM, Panchayat Post Office, Ayodhya, Police Station Chautham. Another application was for Shrimati Mata Sita, father Raja Janak, mother Rani Sunaina, with address RAM, Ayodhya, village Ram Panchayat Post Office Ayodhya.
