An application for a residence certificate in Bihar, submitted online under the name of ‘Dogesh Babu,’ has prompted an official investigation. The application, which included a photo of the dog, follows a similar case involving a dog named ‘Dog Babu.’ The District Magistrate has taken the matter seriously, labeling the act as tampering with administrative processes. The application, filed on July 29th, included details such as the dog’s purported parentage and a residential address. This is not the first instance of unusual applications; previously, certificates were issued in the names of a tractor and a Bluetooth device.
