An alert issued by the Bihar Police indicated that three Pakistani terrorists had entered Bihar from Nepal. This announcement caused the entire police department to be on high alert. High alert was declared across Bihar at the police headquarters level. Security measures were intensified, especially in the border districts bordering Nepal, and the ATS was activated. The police headquarters conducted an investigation to determine whether the three terrorists from Jaish-e-Mohammed had actually entered Bihar via Nepal. The investigation revealed that the three Pakistani citizens, whose passports were also examined, did not enter Bihar. They arrived in Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal, from Dubai and then proceeded to Malaysia.
