A woman in Muzaffarpur abandoned her husband just five and a half months after their wedding. She absconded from her marital home, taking 53,000 rupees in cash and jewelry valued at 1.70 lakh rupees belonging to herself and her mother-in-law. Following her departure, she sent a message to her husband via an unknown number on WhatsApp. The message included a picture of the woman with another man, along with a statement that she was going to get married. The husband, residing in the Mithanpura police station area, subsequently filed a complaint, and the police initiated an investigation. The accused boyfriend is identified as a resident of Shivhar district.
