In a significant announcement, Chirag Paswan declared his candidacy for all 243 seats in the upcoming Bihar assembly elections. Addressing a rally in Ara, Paswan stated that his goal is to strengthen the NDA coalition and work for the betterment of Bihar. He mentioned that he is seeking the people’s guidance on his electoral participation and the specific constituency he should represent. Paswan also targeted the RJD and Congress, blaming them for the ‘jungle raj’ period. He further responded to Rahul Gandhi’s accusations against the Election Commission, suggesting that Gandhi has already accepted defeat. Paswan reiterated that his focus is on supporting the NDA and not on the Chief Minister’s position.
